Pramod has over 18 years of experience in quality assurance and testing. His role as a quality professional spans the design and implementation of effective quality management to GreenPoint's business operations. Pramod holds an Engineering Degree in Computer Science and is a postgraduate in Quality Management.

Prior to GreenPoint Pramod had headed several roles in quality for multinational companies like Quality Kiosk Technologies & Bayer Business Services. Under Pramod's management, GreenPoint became globally certified in ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 27001:2013. He is also a Certified EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) practitioner and has helped organizations in implementation of GDPR compliant process and practices and is also an certified Risk Manager.

Additionally, Pramod is a Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP practitioner and a lead auditor for QMS & ISMS.
